PREMIUM SOUND – STUDIO HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
In response to the current conditions related to the Covid-19 Pandemic in Montreal, Premium Sound is implementing several health-related protocols for the safety of its staff and clientele.
In compliance with the Provincial Governments, ACTRA and UDA recommended safety measures and best practices, the following protocols have been set in motion at our post-production facility:
1. The studio will provide medical grade face masks and rubber gloves to all visitors and staff upon arrival at our reception.
2. All entrances and exits to the studio are equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers, which is required to be used by all personnel & visitors.
3. All door handles, counter surfaces, and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected several times on a daily basis.
4. All personnel working at the studio are to maintain 2 meters (6 feet) of distance at all times from one another. Any room/studio that does not allow for this 2-meter minimum distance, shall only permit 1 person to be present at a time in said studios.
5. The studio has identified routes (floor signals) for movement within the facility, in order to avoid any close contact in the common areas.
6. The studio will not allow anyone who has been ill or who has been in contact with anyone who has been ill or showing symptoms within 14 days of a scheduled session. Anyone who falls into this category must inform the studio administration: email: [email protected] Tel: 514-898-9945.
These safety protocols will help ensure a safe working environment for all. These may be updated as more information becomes available.
